During this particular phase of the program you will be mentally and physically challenged to prepare your body against the physical opposition and distasteful surroundings. You will be encouraged to stretch and learn various exercises that will improve your flexibility and range of motion. This will relax you and release endorphins; Your body is the greatest instrument you can possibly have, you must use it to your advantage!
Preparing your body for a different environment. Learn to stretch and stay strong. Learn how to workout without equipment in a confined area. How to use your body as a tool for resistance training (Plyometrics).
Using the facilities'/prison gym equipment properly and effectively if they are equipped with one.
Utilizing your cell as a personal gym space.
Cardiovascular training and conditioning.
• Self-discipline.
• Self-defense & preservation.
All training is done one-on-one in a private gym.
