25% - Technical and tactile self-defense.
25% - Educational - The do's and don’ts of prison life. (i.e., what to expect, forms daily schedules, prisoners rights, inmates rights and responsibilities, inmate discipline and prohibited acts, what to wear, what to bring, visitation, and family days).
25% - Mental - Incorporates hypnosis, meditation, and creative ways to spend time.

Total cost: $20,000 (100hrs @$200/hr). However, an abridged version is available for less. Depending on how much of the program you wish to complete and when you must surrender yourself will determine your total cost. A typical program consists of a 100 hour preparation course.
